They don't have enough chicken for my order EVER, they forgot my biscuits, if a meal comes with fries it cannot be substituted for any other side. This location is completely incompetent!

The chicken and biscuits here are superb! Way better than KFC, and quicker to boot. The meat always tastes fresh, and with plenty of flavor. Lousiana Fast!

Every time I've given this location a chance, either my order is missing something or the chicken parts are wrong. The meat is dry and the fries are hardly every fresh. Not the first choice. I'll stick to cooking at home.

We normally go to the Popeye's at 3450 Austin Bluffs, but decided to try this one instead as we were in the neighborhood. My one and only complaint is the chicken was overcooked and dry. Every single piece. At the other location, the chicken is always golden brown. The chicken at this location was dark, dark brown. And this goes for their shrimp poppers too; that is, overcooked. We will not be going back to this location.

This location tries, chicken was hot and good. Did NOT have water cups and didn't want to freely offer regular drink cups for water! Trash can was overfilling during rush but no staff avaiallbe to change it.

Didn't even get to order! I went last night around 7:30pm and I noticed that the place was hoppin! So I decide to skip the 5 car deep drive through and go inside. So I am standing inside and have been in line for 5 minutes when I start looking around at everyone in the store. Out of the good 20+ people in the store only 1 family had their food, everyone else was still waiting. Well the line still hadn't moved since I walked in and after looking at the lack of food going out I decided to leave. By the time I got out of the store the drive thru line was blocking my car in. Not sure what was going on with this place last night, but it was horrible.

I'm hesitant to give 4 stars to a fast food place, but the food is too delicious to not warrant it. The chicken is always crispy and the inside moist. The flavors are unique and definitely overshadows other fried chicken's i have had in the past, from church's to KFC and even the sit down restaurants. Oddly enough other than Roscoe's Chicken and Waffles I'm not too fond of sit down fried chickens. If you're craving fresh, flavorful fried chicken, I highly recommend you try this place at least once.
